Lutheran Social Services of the Southwest (LSS-SW) needed to effectively communicate their crucial role in community support and service. To meet this need, a comprehensive Annual Impact Report was developed alongside a condensed 2-page summary, both designed to articulate the organization's significant achievements and ongoing needs. The detailed annual report showcases LSS-SW’s efforts in resettling refugees, supporting older adults, and aiding the homeless, reflecting their mission to stabilize, build, and maintain dignity for those in crisis.

Additionally, the organization's visual branding was updated to ensure a cohesive and modern aesthetic across all platforms. This redesign, along with carefully crafted copy, was tailored to resonate with core values of dignity and respect, crucial for encouraging community involvement and support. These revamped materials are vital tools for fundraising and awareness, designed to enhance LSS-SW's ability to communicate their impact and to foster sustained engagement with donors, volunteers, and community partners.
